At the time I started the program I felt burnt out and overwhelmed. I was treating 36 patients a week and was struggling to keep up with the admin side of the business. By doing this program I gained insight into many software programs that helped streamline this process so that admin became less of a time consuming process.
I also gained more confidence in what I was doing and put in place many procedures that ensured my time as a practitioner was valued. In this process I employed an assistant to take on many tasks and because I had the systems in place, this was a seamless process.
